Carine's multicultural upbringing, from Africa to Europe, ignited her passion for blending local produce and spices to create delightful dishes. Her travels and experiences in different regions, such as France, the Perigord region, Ireland, and London, exposed her to diverse culinary traditions and ingredients. This journey inspired her to establish Matango's Bowl, a restaurant that serves as a travel map of flavours encountered during her travels, primarily focusing on vegan and vegetarian offerings with a twist.
